The focus of my work is to support you in developing better movement habits, which results in long-term improvement in the way you feel. This is more gentle and more effective than correcting bad habits, which usually only brings a temporary relief. This gentle, holistic approach is accessible to people of all levels of fitness and ability, allowing specific physical concerns to be addressed while improving overall quality of life.
